After accepting the quote, we will send you a pre-paid envelope, so your repair can make it's trip securely and fully insured. Or you can leave your repair with us, in person.

At the workshop

Returning home

After the finishing touches have been made, we will let you know; and once we have received your payment your jewellery will be returned securely.
