Ring sizing
If you have requested your ring to be resized, this will add approximately 2-3 working days to your items estimated delivery date.
Customs & Duties
In many countries, antiques over 100 years old are exempt from import tax or duty. For such items, we will declare them as “antique” and provide a signed and dated Antique Declaration for your records.
Please note that you may still be liable for local taxes, duties, or handling fees on imported goods. Most countries provide this information through their customs office or official government website.
If you are contacted by customs requesting additional documentation, please let us know immediately, and we’ll be happy to assist with any supporting paperwork.
Some countries impose specific restrictions on the import of items like ours. We recommend contacting us beforehand to confirm that your country is not subject to these regulations.
Please be aware that we have no authority over local customs procedures or decisions.

- Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to redirect it to a different address.
- All items are fully insured while in transit and are the responsibility of Winslet & Walker until safely delivered.
- You will receive full tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
- Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
