Returning an Order
UK Orders
If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Once you have informed us of your decision to return the item, we will supply you with the correct return address and details. The buyer pays for the return postage.
When returning your item, please ensure all original packaging are included.
International Orders
If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

When returning your item, please ensure all original packaging are included. We recommend that you return the item(s) to us via an insured services, as we are not responsible for any that do not reach us. Import tax and duties may be applied by UK customs if the item is incorrectly shipped. We are not responsible for any customs charges.
Please note that international customs duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the UK.
Exchanges
To exchange or part-exchange your item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Once you have contacted us we will discuss the next steps for your exchange.
Returned items will be accepted for a refund under the following conditions:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to let us know you wish to return them.
- Once confirmed, the item(s) should be returned within 48 hours of your notification.
- All returns must be in the same condition as when received; items that are damaged, broken, or altered cannot be accepted for a refund.
- We will issue a full refund within 48 hours (two working days) of receiving your return, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
- If payment was made by credit card, please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- For rings that were sized free of charge, a £90 resizing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We are unable to offer refunds for bespoke orders, repair or valuation services, and any engraved items.
- For international orders, any return shipping costs and customs charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please note that import taxes or duties paid on international shipments are non-refundable.
